an enjoyable day
just came back from school. today's one of the slackest day of the week i would think... besides wednesdays. yay so i have 2 consecutive slack days to look forward to! :)
right school was the usual. more work to do, books to read, and we got our first history essay to write. boohoo the work's pouring in! but the essay's quite okay la, i like the topic actually. haha. hmm pris and i realised today that there are certain rather intellectual people in our class. i would like to spend more time conversing with them, coz i think i have a lot to learn. i mean, besides talking the usual crap and gossips and whatever, i really would like to strengthen my thinking capabilities and ability to answer and debate on thought-provoking stuff. after all, an arts student is expected to do that right? plus i quite enjoy philosophizing and discussing about life, rather than taking it at face value and just enjoying what comes.
anyway today's training was easy, coz we have the biathlon tomorrow. haha looking forward to it so exciting. hope malcolm and me don't lose too badly. haha which i don't think we will considering we have the arts fac power in us!! :) heh everyone must support us tomorrow alright! oh back to training. after that pris and i walked to Gelare's to enjoy the tuesday's half price special. love going out with her, we practically talked about everything under the sun... :) but the only flaw is that she eats damn slowly!! pris heard that?! better eat quickly next time...
hah. i've got 4 history books to read for s. better start on them! seeeeya~
