the guy at the tunnel... One of the predators was the predator equivalant of a 15 year old, another was an older predator, and one was just an experienced predator (see if you can guess which ones were which) I think the first two passed him by because he was caked in ice... don't think they could see his heat signature. the third one noticed him somehow, and just finished the job. Ok... the first predator that died was the young predator... he was too focused on the human he was focusing on heat signatures. Aliens don't have a heat signature (mentioned in alien 2 I think) so predators have to switch to electromagnetic to see aliens... so pretty much the first predator the alien got the drop on him because he couldn't see him. the second one died... well just because he was kinda old I think.
I agree with you on the camera shots... they did the same thing with "Chronicals of Riddick" and "the bourne supremacy" where if theres fast action sequences going on they shake the camera really hard... guess its supposed to add "intensity" to the fight scene. just usually adds a headache for me. And personally... I didn't like the fact that they cut out so much gore and stuff. I mean what the hell... an alien or predator movie that was pg-13?? almost laughable. I hate it when these producers sacrefice stuff from the movie just so they can pull in the bucks from a wider audience.

well i dont think there was much call for gore... I would like to have seen more "chest popers" tho... that one of the coolest things about aliens....
im not sure the second pred to die was "older" my point being was he seemed not to have known Aliens blood was acidic. This was how the group reminding me of human group... One the young was like the little brother that always followed you around. the second one was the friend who like to get drunk and get in bar fights, enjoy stuff like that... not much for "hunting" up in your face type. The bad ass was the "golden boy" The one who studied took pride in it and never let his martial training suffer from a night out on the town...
