(Like a virgin) shiny and new!
I have been with my trusted k700i for the longest time I can remember. It all started when I went crazy (I blame my ex-boss for his generosity in handing out handsome bonuses) and decided to get the fabulous P900. It was really a fantastic gadget, esp when I can store like unlimited SMSes and never having to delete them. It's kinda like what gmail would offer with the tagline, "Never delete your emails ever again!", which is fantastic. Anyway, while it was a great phone, still it became a nuisance mainly because of its size. It's just too huge and it won't fit in my slim fit jeans :D So I decided to down grade to the k700i, which was like, the hottest phone back then? And this is how it looks like, now.
Oh.my.god. Look at the dust gathered under the screen! I can't possibly access it and I couldn't be arsed to send it to the service centre. I heard it's in the mingin Amcorp mall back in KL. Like, forget it? Anyway, while I had always wanted to change phones, I just couldn't find the one that I really like. I almost wanted to go back to the Nokia 6320 or something which has color screen but does't have a camera, and it was really slim, one of the top most criteria of my phone. But then one day, I saw this Samsung X820, the slimmest phone EVER? Now, that's totally something I was looking for. Nevermind the 2 megapixel camera, I just wanted a slim phone, to just call, no fancy camera, or 3G, or 4G or 5G. So last weekend I decided to check out the phone and see what contracts are on offered. I saw the X820, and OMG it's like so slim u don't even think it's a phone? it's kinda like a piece of biscuit! While I think it's quite dull, but the slim size of it is really out of this world. Then apparently under the same contract, I can actually get a better phone, the D900. And when I saw it, I was like AMAZED. Like, so slim and it has a 3 megapixel camera! No 3G, but I couldnt' care less about connectivity, I decided to sign up for the contract!
