you know what sucks? a bad day followed by a terrible day. because you go to sleep on the bad day and wake up thinking 'oh good, a new day. of course this one will be better.' and then you get spit in the face and kicked in your crotch because the next day is even worse.
kristen, the manager, scheduled me to work next friday from 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM, and the person after me (her) doesn't come in until 9:30. so i have two and a half hours alone after an open. on BLACK FRIDAY. BY MYSELF. whaaat the fuck.
then, the next day, i open from 7:45 - 4:00 PM, and the next person doesn't come in until 12, so i'm alone for FOUR HOURS THE DAY AFTER BLACK FRIDAY. dfglkjsdfgsdfkjdfg.
it's bullshit. BULLSHIT. she is the fucking MANAGER, she should be opening, not me who has been there six months. i told brian and he said he ALWAYS opened black friday and the next day because he was the manager and that's his job. THAT'S HER JOB. like, what the fuck. and all those hours by MYSELF?! when they're both $4,000 days?! it's fucking ridiculous.
also, we ran out of toilet paper on sunday when i was working with kristen and i told her. so, mistakenly, when i went to the bathroom, i thought there would be toilet paper. there wasn't. i had to pull a ninja move to not drip pee on my pants while i reached over and got paper towels and had to use those. so i called her to see how i could pay out for supplies cuz i don't know how, and she was like "what's wrong?" and i said "well i need to know how since no one's bought toilet paper since sunday and i'm not wiping my ass with paper towels again" and she was like "...oh."
brian thinks i should talk to her on saturday and stand up for myself and protest about the schedule but i don't even know. i'm just so fucking annoyed.
