no. i was supposed to hear the 19th, and they sent me a postcard on the 18th saying they needed my BCC transcripts again. >:|

Yeah. Usually the rule is that the application has to be in by a certain deadline and the rest can come in later, and they probably wouldn't have sent you the postcard if it was too late, you know?
