I've realised that the only way I am comfortable with eating is ALL or NOTHING.
I can only think of food in terms of quanitity - it is only 'safe' or 'allowable' (according to the voice of my Eating Disorder) if I eat until I am so full I can't physically eat anymore, or if I don't eat at all.
It's the healthy, in between amounts I have problems with.
