Okay okay okay.
A fate mage who uses cootie catchers (paper fortune tellers) to divine someone's future. Often with disastrous consequences:
"Pick a number."
"Four!"
"...Take two steps to the right." *TRUCK GOES BY*
Inside the cootie catcher where you pull up the flaps could be mage runes, and the prop itself would be very ornately decorated. It would be cool though if she didn't have anything written on the inside though too. If I don't use this for a game I can use it easily for a story. I don't want to make her a child either--it would have more comedic and character value if she was a teenager or older.
Also Naomi my other mage/werewolf idea who's a film major in Chicago, and whose personality is based on Abby from NCIS.
Lex and Zee visited today! And Charlie and Noelle! It was very exciting. Or it would have been more so if I was feeling better. This will hopefully go away by Monday though. It doesn't seem that bad, just the general crappy feeling.
