(no subject)
I'm almost certain that livejournal is basically dead now. =[
Occasionally I still see posts from Heather, Brittany, Pnut, Maygun & Blue, but other than that everyone is gone. Don't be fooled you guys! Even though I don't comment on everything, I still read your posts to try and keep up!
That makes me sad. I remember back in the day when we were all about lj.
Well, some updates anyway.
Persephone has FINALLY started walking by herself. This is a new development even as of this week. The only thing is that she doesn't walk very far. She gets too proud of herself and has to stop after about 3 or 4 steps and clap for herself and say "Yay!". Then by the time she is done, she is ready to sit and take a rest haha. She's talking a good little bit. Not too many words, but the words she does know she repeats over and over. "Mama mama mama mama uh oh uh oh" Haha you get the picture.
She's the sweetest thing in the world. I got so lucky with her. I've been taking her to play with other little kids here recently, just to get used to them, and she's a bully! She doesn't mean to be I don't think, but she doesn't understand you can't act with little children the same as you would with adults. She'll grow out of it, I'm sure. (:
Other than that, my car is still doing alright, except the battery is really weak. When it gets too cold out, it doesn't want to start. In fact, this morning, my grandmother had to take me to work because my car was outside freezing and would not start for anything. =[
Umm, I've finally hit my target weight haha. Ever since I was like 16, I wanted to lose 50 pounds. Well, I have. Yay me.
