Haha, I baked yesterday!!!



I found these cute little cupcake lollipops, and they looked so amazing so I made them =D

First you have to make a cake:













Then you let the cake cool completely,




And then you crumble it all up into a cake kinda bowl of crumblies.




Then you mix a whole thing of cream cheese icing with the cake crumbles:







Then you roll that sweet stuff into little balls




And freeze them for a while, so they can be shaped later.




When you take them out of the freezer, you shape them into little mini cupcakes using a flower shaped cookie cutter.




Then you freeze them again for a bit longer, and when you pull them out you can start dipping them in the melted chocolate and decorating for mini cupcake lollipops! =D
