Old habits die hard

2 months. Two months and I haven't cut. And now I have broken that record. I don't know what possessed me to do it but it was like someone else was controling me. I didn't want to, but I really didn't put up a fight like I've one before. I just let it be. It felt good. I want to do it again. I want to have a cruch again. Everthing seemed to be getting worse ever since I stopped and now, I have a vent again. I don't know what to do...Can't say I didn't try.
