ok so i go to debate practice, have a debate about the electoral college and what should be done with it. the gov team, us, is arguing that the 2 senatorial votes should be eliminated, then every u.s. district has 1 point. and the opp team was arguing to abolish the entire electoral college (which i am for)
anyway,
i leave that and karen (the top debater on our time) is like "you know alex, the coaches are looking to bump you up to varsity"
wtf are they thinking? thats very nice and all but im going to get raped repeatedly because on varsity debating against peoples from MIT, harvard, yale, etc.
