running
i just got home from a run. it was such nice running weather out. it was about 50 degrees maybe? and windy and cold and fabulous. i wore shorts a a tee shirt and a long sleeve tight thing under that. my legs went numb and so did my face. and i just ran. listened to my music and thought about myself.
i had volleyball practice before i went running, and i know it's crazy that i exercised again, but running is just my passion idk. i'm not phenominal or anything, i'm dead tired when i get home, but i feel so good, i dont know how to describe it... is the best thing in the world.
i think the song "kingsized" that we play in our band for school, is crazy. i actually do feel like i'm riding on a ship. and i love the really high parts that the claranet plays.
and i also like jump jive n wail, but i need to get alot better on the trapset :S mehh,
