[MUSIC POST] KAT-TUN's Change Ur World (Single)
Yay! I finally caught up to all of my uploads shit! KAT-TUN's Change Ur World single is freakin' awesome! It's their 13th consecutive number one single, and it's worth the download (and the money!). I'm sorry I don't have any of the instrumental versions... :/ I tend to delete those, so I'm missing them. If someone really wants them, please leave a message here, and I can get them on here for ya... Otherwise. Here's the review, because I love KAT-TUN and everything they release deserves a good review.
1. Change Ur World - It's moving, inspirational, and all the boys do great in it. The video (which I will be uploading dw ^_~) is quite beautiful as well (review on that later). I truly believe that all the boys get a fair (enough) chance to display their talents. Of course, Kamenashi is always up in the front and middle, but you see more and more of the other members without Akanishi around. This really great because of the driving rock style, which I've always enjoyed from KAT-TUN
2. Give Me, Give Me, Give Me - Auto-tune!! Kame's voice always sounds so sexy auto-tuned (hahaha, bias), I really like this song because it's kinda not the style an auto-tuned song is usually in. It's a serious boy band pop tune, and it reminds me of some of the more serious Backstreet Boys songs (also a group that's pure love). It's kinda hard to tell some of the voices apart cuz of the auto-tune. :) Great b-side. I usually don't like KAT-TUN b-sides cuz they tend to be kinda boring, but this is a good one.
3. Never×Over~「-」Is Your Part~ - This song reminds me of some Arashi song... I think Truth? or something... it reminds me of it. Decent B-side. I'm not crazy about it though. It's sorta weird... cuz at some point it starts sounding kinda tropical. At the same time, it sounds really adorable. I think they're listing off the members names? hahaha.
2. REMEMBER - This song is on the 2nd Limited Edition, and it's more of a rock pop song. The boys sound great, and Kame has a really nice raspy rock voice. *melts* It reminds me of some 80's music. :) I love 80's music, therefore this song is love.
3. Niito Man - This song is sung by Ueda Tatsuya, and it's totally unlike any of his solo songs. For once, Ueda's belting out a high speed happy pop tune. Complete with little girl back-up vocals. It's adorable.
4. GIRLS - BAHAHA, soooo I seriously thought it'd sound a bit like Girls by SE7EN, but who am I kidding? This is Junno! This is a high speed dance track, and it definitely doesn't require much vocal talent. Junno tries his hand at some rap-like lyrics, and it's not a bad song, because personally, I don't particularly like Junno's singing voice... He's an amazing dancer, but singing... not so much.
