Dino Day, knitting...whatever keeps me from studying.
I should be studying but...I bought new knitting needles and took my cousin's sons to Dino Day at the local museum (I'll post pictures later). The loved it and I'm tired but happy, so I guess it's a good deal. Much better than locking myself in my room studying for my Economics exam while I take care of the overflowing laundry bag.
My other procrastinations include finishing up that hat for my sister's charge because I thought she was driving down here to pick it up but she's a lazy butt and Lord knows what she's really doing.
My little cousin (one of the twins) is in love with it so I may end up making him one. I wanted to be sure it would fit on a larger head, so I tried it on him and he fought to keep it. I had to bribe him with kisses to get it back (not like I wouldn't smother him in kisses anyway. He's adorable). He's so adorable that I'm forcing everyone to look at him without a cut. Boohoo to your friends list. lol.
Okay, now suitablehustle , this is for you. I rounded up all of my green and green based yarns to get a picture for you.
The one on the fair left is a subtle, minty green that I really like in combo with the one next to it. The third is a blue/green colorway that kinda reminds me of seaglass and the ocean. The last one looks black but is really a camo colorway of dark foresty colors. All four are cotton. Feel free to ask any questions that I haven't answered. :)
