WOWOWOWOW! I LOVE THE PICTURES! I went on friendster and saw themmmm! You guys really crammed in a lot, but that's the fun part of it! Sight-seeing and making your legs so tired that you know you accomplished a lot by the end of the night. :]

Aw, you got searched by customs! Good thing you weren't carrying tooo much! I was really terrified for mine because I was travelling overseas and when they search, they're REALLLY serious about it. But the WORST part is if you have suitcases JAMMED PACKED and they tear it apart. I went with three luggages and came back with four and I just BARELY made it past the alloted weight of baggages you can bring on the plane. (I didn't want to pay extra.)

I heard this story over people going over the States by crossing the border. One family had their car entire dismantled and checked over and once it was okay, they just left it like that. :| No fixing or anything! WHAAAT. Or maybe that's exaggerated. ahaha.

And ever notice that it's women who are more picky, more suspicious, more like.. attack-ive? If it was a man, he would have probably just let you go, but a woman is like "LET ME CHECK IT OVER THOROUGHLY! THOROUGHLY!" ahaha. Sheesh. -_____-;;

Noo, I'm filling up this comment with negativity. I'm sorryyyy! I should shut up now. Point being, you had a wonderfuuuuuul vacation! That's one thing to cross off your summer list and million more fun stuff waiting to be done!!!

Congrats on the artsy job! Are you going to be editing a lot of photographs or designing things for clients?

hey sandy! thanks for the long response!!!

new york was incredible, and I'm ready for the next big thing d:

it's not so much an artsy job as it is an event planning/marketing job, which is what I really need to advance my career at this point, seeing as I do all design stuff for school clubs anyway..

I'm definitely going to be around the real graphic designers that will be doing all of that, so inspiration should never be short this summer (:
