yeah, this is my 2nd post today.. but its good to keep this thing active right? i was looking at random journals & came across this and it cracked me up, so i decided to post it on mine:
Things That Annoy Me:
People who point at their wrist while asking for the time. I know where my watch is buddy, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the bathroom is?
People who are willing to get off their ass to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually.
When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Screw off. What good is a goddamn cake if you can't eat it? What, should I eat someone else's cake instead?
When people say "It's always in the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they?
When people say, while watching a movie "Did you see that?" No dick-nose, I paid $9.00 to come to the theatre and stare at the frigging ceiling up there. What did you come here for?
When something is "new and improved", which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it.
When a cop pulls you over and then asks if you know how fast you were going? You should know asshole, you frigging pulled me over.
When people say "Life is short." What the hell?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!! What? Are they going to do something that's longer?
When people ask "Can I BORROW a piece of paper?" Sure, but please don't return the favor! It's one god damn piece of paper!
When you are waiting for the bus and someone ask you "Did the bus come yet?" If the bus came I would not be standing here asshole!
People who ask "Can I ask you a question?" Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya buddy?
When you are paying for something and you hand the cashier a twenty and they say "outta twenty?" no stupid, i just gave you the twenty for you to look at. heres my REAL money
arent those great?! i laughed at all of 'em, mainly because I do a lot of them myself. Especially asking to "borrow" a piece of paper... oh well! Today was so boring... i ended up getting out of bed at like 9, waaaaay earlier than usual. but since i have work tomorrow, i figured i'd enjoy the boringness of it all & be completely lazy. i have sooo many things i need to do - for instance call carol & find out when we're gonna teach little kids at vacation bible school. i know its sometime in july & i think she said something about the 24th, but my cell wasnt getting the best reception. i also really need to make my summer useful & volunteer at the humane society again, but i really dont want to do it alone. i hate going places by myself, god knows what im gonna do when i actually have to go to college!! considering my two best friends are on a completely different level than me. one wants to go to arizona or new mexico and the other's gonna be stuck going to a community college. anyways, im so ready to get my paycheck! ive been waiting sooo freakin long to go shopping! i think me & amanda are going sunday. ive been looking online to see if i could find anything i REALLY wanted.. jcrew has the CUTEST flip-flops ever! too bad the closest jcrew is in greensboro - only a 45 minute drive..ha! i love abercrombie's jeans but every pair is like $70 and up now.. and i dont make that much money right now.. i'd just hate to blow a whole paycheck on one pair of jeans, no matter how hot they are. i dunno, maybe once i get to the mall, i'll see a bunch of other cute stuff to buy. okay, im done rambling - later
