La De Da.
Well, nothing much is going on in the Goedtel household....We celebrated mine and Torrie's birthdays last night with the grandmothers. I got a set of watercolors from Carolin (Dave's gf), which was just an amazing gift. I painted a little tonight and i really like one of the pictures. There is something about painting that calms me.
I also got a new suitcase for the San Francisco trip coming up. and this weekend.
I am headed down to Chicago this weekend with Matt to visit some friends of mine... we'll be staying at her house Saturday and bbq-ing, then we might be going into the city on Sunday with Rachel and her husband. It'll be a much needed mini-vacation for both of us. Since Matt found out he has diabetes (did I mention that? Well, he found out he has type 2 diabetes) we haven't spent much quality time together. Things have been somewhat stressful and tense. We need to get away.
Then, the 7th is our anniversary. 4 years, can you believe it? We'll probably go out to dinner and a movie and just be together.
His co-worker and buddy Chuck is getting married on the 8th so we will be gone all day.
Then I leave for San Francisco on the 9th with my mom and sister. It'll be my first plane ride and a great week with my mom and Torrie. We are coming back on the big day, the 15th, which in case you didn't know is the big 21st birthday. As of right now, Dave, Carolin and Jenny might be taking me out on my birthday for a couple drinks, just so I can do something. Our flight comes in at 8.30... Hopefully there will be a party in the future so I can celebrate with everyone (*hint to cameron*).
It seems like the summer is almost over and I have no money in the account....eek....
But anyways, those are the upcoming plans....
