europe round two
well i just got on a computer to update. we watched the semis in a scottish bar and gavin and i got completely housed. eight or nine pints. when france won we ran threw the streets of paris with pints of guiness (?) chanting in french which we do not understand, gave many hugs. next day planned on leaving but missed our fucking train to aix en provance. we stayed in a hostel by the louvre and drank red wine. woke up EARLY and almost missed our second train. french transit system is insane it sucks my writing is all about how we miss every train or subway. oh well. we are Having a lot of fun and drinking a lot in provence. the people we are staying witth are fantastic. they party harder than us. smoked lots of hash. drank more. looked at sites. today we saw lots of nice photos at this exhibition another area of provence. lots good AMERICAN photographers- robert frank, walker evans, ansel adams... aix is even nicer than paris. next to torino in italy, then prague; then berlin, then amsterdam, than jolly old england!!!. it sounds like a lot but we are only staying in each place for a few days. i am excited for the game tommorow.
