Why not simply sign up for a university class? It'd be cheaper, and probably just as instructive, if all you need is training in the format.

Don't put words in my mouth. Why you would think the latter of these options would be my preference, I cannot possibly imagine. If I was still hung up on praise and blame, I wouldn't malign everyone with whom I came in contact. The circumstances, if you will.
