...More bad news
So I find out that last night, most likely while I was being held at the border by the friendly custom attendants, that my store had been vandalized. Some asshole had thrown a rock or something through a window and stuck his arm in enough to grab 3 or 4 bongs/pipes. He made off with what cost me about $40 of merchandise, but the window is worth $475. To top it off, the great alarm system was recently reinstalled with half-assed effort and didn't even go off. The insurance should cover all of this, but who knows how much the premiums will go up. We're gonna get security grills or windshield-type coating for the windows now. 7 days straight of rain and about 3 or 4 more to go, and recent events are just as stormy.
