Gachibaka feat. TegoMass
I wanted to say the drama was great! epic! sugoi! incroyable! maravilloso! sopredente! But.. it wasn't.
Story-wise, at least. The plot was too common. Since I've watched the epic series (nah, only season 6) of Kinpachi Sensei, this didn't even pass the average of my expectations. Character-wise, well.. I liked Gonta sensei (payed by Takahashi katsunori) mainly because he's the old-handsome-brad-pitt-kinda guy. I've seen Saito Keita (as Masashi) in Kinpachi before and his performance is the same. He looked older here, obviously, but he's crying/angry/shouting scenes are good as in Kinpachi. I hated Kana (payed by Kurokawa Tomoka) BECAUSE SHE WAS THE OBJECT OF THY AFFECTION OF MY BOYS and really, she's not even that pretty and definitely not a good actress. I like Watanabe Natsuna though (as Hikari) coz I already saw her in the Ranma 1/2 Live Action Movie. I thought she's a voluptuous girl with big jugs but she's surprisingly sexy.. and with big jugs, yeah.
Nevertheless, I would still choose to say those words because TegoMass is in that drama! (^^,)\/
Massu ad more scenes in this drama compared to Kinpachi Sensei 6 and I really really hontou like his character! He's a happy go lucky idiot who has the loveliest smile and the most optimistic personality among all the characters. I think he even beat Tegoshi here. Tegonyan was a troubled kid, as usual, like his past roles when he was younger (i.e. Gekidan Engimono, Shissou, 15 sai no blues). Acting all mysterious and that. Kana favoured him (Tegoshi as Minoru Utsugi) and I felt somehow relieved since I wanted Kouta (played by Massu) to go for a prettier and funnier girlfriend.
Well, uhm.. ano.. there were too much Massuperman cuteness in this drama I just couldn't capture them. Nor did I make individual screencaps of Tegoshi. So I'm just showing my BEST and WORST scenes (coz there were 2) in the drama.
