Ramon's been scarce ever since the wedding, for the obvious honeymoon-related reasons, and simply due to a relapse into his usual reclusive habits. With the whirlwind change in his life that is holy matrimony, going back to old ways is comforting somehow. Gives him time to think on this all as well.

Of course, ever since Hippolyta's unexpected announcement a week or two ago, now he's really got something to ruminate on. Enough that he's been mostly keeping to himself, rarely speaking out loud if at all, preferring to communicate with his wife via sonics when need be.

A baby? Him? Ramon Salazar, the puny, undead castellan? A father? It's like some sort of outrageous and non sequitur punchline.

Perhaps seeking distraction, Ramon wanders his way down to the shoreline of the nearby lake. Spring is here, as shown by the tufts of green coming up from the mud, and the growing clouds of algae in the water.

It's been a long time since he's last really done more than a perfunctory check in on the Eldritch resident of these waters. A pebble is tossed into the lake, to announce his arrival, and see if Ostha's in the mood to chat.
