Really, Starbucks... really?
I feel like shit... I could go lay in bed and sleep for hours... cold sweats have become the norm of my day...
And yet, Starbucks won't let me call out of work regardless of how I'm feeling.
Wait.. I lied.
They said I don't have to come in IF I find someone to cover my shift tonight... which, by the way, is one of the slowest shifts during the day. It can be run by 2 people, not 3. Otherwise one of us would be standing around doing absolutely nothing and would be sent home early because they work for a greedy company who wants to make as much money as possible.
I don't fucking get it. I could be bedridden and they'd still make me come in. I swear to God... if this person doesn't call me back saying she can cover my shift tonight, then I will quit because I am NOT going to work feeling this terrible. It would actually be doing Starbucks a favor since I won't be there to drip my snots and boogers into their coffee (as much as I would LOVE to do that right now). Hahahha.
