So yeah. Its been a while. to sum almost all of it up. The department I worked in Cab weld has been closed. All of our work has been outsourced. And I was forcefully transferred to the body plant. Fortunately I didn't have to goto body weld like everyone else, I'm now a Plumber/Welder. I install all of the pipes that handle water through the pump

Congrats - you're growing older. Rest up and let it heal. Minimize/eliminate bending at the hips and back entirely. Lift loads with legs, hugging the load to your chest as close as possible. Do NOT twist your torso when carrying loads. Do NOT lift higher than your own shoulders without mechanical or buddy assist. Treat *everything* over 75 pounds as a two man job. Do not push more than 100 lbs like on a cart - nor pull more than 150. You should be okay in no time, still work and be on the mend in little time. Avoid re-injury - they get worse each time they happen. :P
