So yeah. Its been a while. to sum almost all of it up. The department I worked in Cab weld has been closed. All of our work has been outsourced. And I was forcefully transferred to the body plant. Fortunately I didn't have to goto body weld like everyone else, I'm now a Plumber/Welder. I install all of the pipes that handle water through the pump and in and out of the trucks now.
This is what sucks.
I messed my back up crawling in and out of pump modules, and bending and hunching over to work. I won't know exactly why I'm in so much pain until I see the doctor on friday, but for now I'm on pain pills and have light duty at work.
I have so many restrictions on what I can do I can't even work on 2nd shift. I'm now working on first shift, helping out the maintenance guys in the office.
eh, I can't complain about the work. Its better then sorting rags for 8 hours.
so yeah, I'm in pain, but the pills dull it down a bit. I walk gimpy, I feel gimpy, it feels like the bottom of my spine is about to fall off.
