"No problems, B, I've got--" a blink, pause, and then confusion settled in, "... this?"  Somehow, the cave vanished. There could have been a number of reasons for it, all pointing at different factors and people; Jason's brain couldn't bother processing. He was more concerned with the fact that he was no where near the cave and Batman was gone.

"Uh, Batman?" Scratch that. Upon glancing around, it was clear he wasn't even in Gotham anymore. This place looked way too... clean. It wasn't gritty, didn't have the same feel as his city or its streets.

Taking off down an alleyway, he managed to swing himself up onto a fire escape with a soft, almost silent landing. It was a maneuver he had been over many times before in the caves and one of the rare instances where he attempted to keep stealth in the factor. Jason, or rather Robin, didn't want any unnecessary attention for the moment. Not while getting his bearings.

On the roof, he gave a quick look over the buildings and people below. Nothing substantial -- not even a name. Cars didn't have city tags, stores didn't seem to have any names in common... It looked like he wouldn't be getting answers from just having a good eye. He'd have to dig around for information.

((ooc; Post-Crisis Jay taken from no specific point in canon, just some time before the Felipe incident in Batman #424. None of the retcons later in the series happened. For example, Bruce gave him the suit and Dick finalized it later by giving him one as opposed to him just taking it without permission. Please excuse me as I play around with his voice; the writers couldn't make up their minds on him so I'm trying to find a balance between the bratty rage bucket and the nice kid.))
