Last night I was re-reading some articles about being able to gain control of dreams. I read that if you start to remember what dream you had then you would be a step closer to achieving that. Yesterday's practice was hard! I went to bed really late. I still decided to go to practice today. It was a bit hard and my arms were getting really sore and my legs started to hurt.
