Sorry it's late, we were all visited by the headache fairy yesterday (and she brought her associate Mister Migraine for one lucky person) so it was a NO COMPUTERS day.

No more work. Wooooo! Had a lie-in and everything.

Loading the phone with music and BBC downloads for the epic journey, and packing the bag with ALL the warm clothes. It's gonna be cold in Yorkshire... *packs an entire side pocket of baselayers*

So far I can't work out if it's working, but it's passing the time. Later, I may even have a nap.

Ferry was cancelled due to storms in the Irish Seas (a risk one takes when booking the catermaran), but thanks be, my Emergency booked B&B had Pride and Predjudice showing (BBC version) so with that and the tail end of a bottle of wine I was well happy ( Read more... )

Dear Diary,

Today I was energetic and my sister was persuasive. (Beware over-eating, it may lead to exercise if not properly monitored)

Today we went on a Boxing Day run and were never seen again. It was the best day ever.
