That was one seized weekend !!
On Saturday we went on a long cycle ride (with necessary stop in a beer garden) and had a BBQ (it rained some) and on Sunday we played football in the park and Pitch n Putt.
It was like a summer holiday compressed into two days!
It was fantastic!
Injuries ensuring:
One almost black eye (the lawn mower bit me when preparing the lawn for BBQ) - it's an almost cos I put ice on it imediately so it didn't swell enough for the pretty.
One case of mild whiplash and jarred shoulder from showing off and falling over the football in a random (and to chums - hysterical) manner.
Stiff legs from cycling.
But happy happy happy soul.
