Sunny Weekend! A whole two days together!
I'm glad to say it was enjoyed to the full though I've no voice left aftet marshalling at the Triathlon yesterday morning. My exciting phrase of the day was "BOTH SIDES, you can USE BOTH SIDES! (keep yyour helmet on)". 116 times... Transition is fun y'all.
Then we were rewarded by an afternoon of beach lazing (I swam again, cos why not? T'aint often we get the sun for it) and then today I cycled down to the seafood festival doing my best Tour de France impression.
And home in time for the end of Wimbledon :-)
