When the music came to an end and the crowd cheered for them, they were so happy and couldn’t stop smiling. They bowed down to the fans as the other artist filled the stage. His heart was beating so fast because of happiness and to add to Key’s happiness, that night SHINee became number one; they had won the award. He jumped out of joy as he hugged his closest friend, f(x)’s Amber. After that he hugged all the SHINee members and bowed down to his sunbaes and hoobaes.
Key settled down beside Onew. He can’t help but stare at his beloved hyung. He had always loved looking at Onew when the leader was giving thank you speeches. He can’t help but notice that his hyung is so handsome and angelic and when the older boy smiled to the fans as he said his ‘thank you’s, something inside Kibum melts.
Key didn’t know when he started to like Onew. Maybe the first day they had met or the day Onew first showed his condition, or when he’d first acted cute just to get Key to cook him chicken? He didn’t know. But Key liked this feelings he had for Onew. It makes him feel like a human.
Jonghyun, who was in a relationship with Minho, told Key to confess to the older boy but he was too scared of the rejection. He was afraid that Onew might hate him and the friendship they’ve built might crash down in just a snap of a finger.
He was the first one to ride their van and he saw his pink blanket that Onew had always snatched and use. He hugged it and smelled the perfume of Onew. He could stay like this forever. He went back to reality when he felt a hard tap
“Ouch. That hurts” Key said as he rubbed his arm where Onew hit him.
“What are you thinking about, Bummie?” Onew asked as he snatched the blanket from Key and laid down, with Key’s lap as a pillow
“Nothing.”
It was always like this. Acting like a couple, but the truth was that they were only friends. They’ve gotten used to being sweet all the time because they are OnKey, the number 1 couple in SHINee: the umma and the appa of the group.
Key looked at Onew, who was now sleeping on his lap.
“Umma~~~” Taemin said as he climbed into the van followed by Jonghyun and Minho.
“Why does OnKey always get the back seat?” Jonghyun asked and then pouted.
“Don’t do that” Minho said coldly.
“Why?” Jonghyun pouted even harder.
“Because if you pout like that, Minho might be unable to stop himself from kissing you.” Key smartly said.
Taemin laughed at the blushing Jonghyun while Minho looked away.
“Now be quiet kids. Your appa is sleeping.”
Taemin got his Ipod out and put his earphones on while played his music. Jonghyun smiled when Minho held his hand. He knew that Minho wasn’t used to showing his emotions in front of everyone, but he was happy that at least Minho tried.
Key looked at Onew again and whispered “Someday I will tell you.”
