I didn't get a lot to go on for these guys. I heard one of them dresses up like a clown, but other than that I'm not sure what I'm looking for. If you have a physical description of the other, or if you know where they were last seen, I'd owe you one.

That depends on him. From what I know, he hasn't killed anyone. He's probably just some nutcase with a gun that didn't realize what he was doing. It won't be hard to take him down.

...Then I'm going find out what the task force is doing with these criminals they've been interested in catching. Something about their operation doesn't sit right with me. I'm trying to figure out why.
