Could anyone on here that has had contact with 'Two-Face' or 'the Joker' answer a few questions for me?

And in case they can hear this: My name is Spike. Either of you up for a game? I'd rather not have to chase you, so why don't you save me the trouble. Agree to meet with me, and we can settle that problem of yours.

...Be it my place to do so or not, I advise caution.

I'm not really the cautious type. Don't worry though; I can handle it.

...If you do meet, what then?

That depends on him. From what I know, he hasn't killed anyone. He's probably just some nutcase with a gun that didn't realize what he was doing. It won't be hard to take him down.

...Then I'm going find out what the task force is doing with these criminals they've been interested in catching. Something about their operation doesn't sit right with me. I'm trying to figure out why.

He did sound quite disturbed; were we in Ivalice I would suspect he had been affected by 'confuse'. He may not have caused harm, but in such an unstable state and with a weapon, he may.

You have been here longer than I and know more about the management of the city. The task force - they uphold justice?

That's why I need to find him, before he does. I've dealt with psychopaths before in my line of work, I'm probably the most capable person to take care of him.

So they say. They're trying to establish their own law here. Some of them seem to be interested in justice, but the rest just want the authority. If they're not careful, they're going to get in over their heads.

Having been on the receiving end of a bounty hunter's persistence myself, I have no doubt you shall succeed in finding him.

A system of law can only succeed if the people agree that it is just. If not... well, no good will come of their efforts.

Sorry to hear that. A few of us have a hard time quitting.

I'm not sure how many people agree with them, but it's enough that would cause a problem if they decide to instigate a revolt. It's too early to tell, but they're creating a lot of attention for themselves.
