Ingredients
1 garlic clove
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine (butter preferred)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Chop garlic clove in food processor, stopping once to scrape down sides
2. Add cream cheese, butter, and remaining ingredients. Process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides. Cheese mixture may be refrigerated up to one week or frozen up to three months.
Makes 3 cups
