DAMMIT!
I should have listened to spikeswhiterose and rented a pool boy! I went to Big Lots to buy some bleach and some STUPID MOTHERFUCKER poked a hole in the seal so, when I was carrying the jug around the store, it was silently dribbling out and getting on my shorts -- my BLACK shorts. My NEW black shorts. I didn't even notice until I got home. I got out of the car and saw all these orange spots and streaks all over the right leg! They're ruined! I don't think a bottle of Rit Dye is going to fix that...
...but you know I have to try.
My friend Lynn was telling me that to make the black dye really take hold and not become that weird purply-grey that usually occurs when dyeing clothes black, I should mix it with some yellow dye. I don't know, but I guess it can't hurt to try. We'll see.
