Writer's Block: Dream Vacations
I know I will end up going on roadtrips with the man and kids to various destinations that catch our fancy. But, I would like to get to Europe again. I want to get back to Ireland and see the Skellig Island and the Dingle Penninsula. Germany would be nice to see in the summer, visit family there and see the Black Forest and Munich. Some happy memories I have is the summer I spent when I was 15 in Furth-Burgfarnbach with my grandparents. (sorry, haven't figured out how to do umlauts)
Maybe get to see the Mediterranean .
A big trip I would like to do is New Zealand, but that trip will probably have to wait until the kids are grown. Can't picture them being very tolerant of an 18 hour plane trip.
