Catching Up
Finally! An update! Arrgg!
Well, this semester has gone well. Not sure about how my grades are gonna come out, but I'm still shooting for a 4.0. I've started collecting GRE study material and looking at study abroad possibly for the summer. I didn't get a position for Orientation Leader here, boo. I also didn't make the final cut for UGA Idol, boo. But now I'm trying to figure out a way to make the money I need for study aborad in Costa Rica this summer. I'm also applying for the Spanish Language Community for next year, which means I would be living in the dorms again and speaking Spanish a lot. Right now I should be studying for my spanish final, but I'll get that started in a bit.
I received a book from Ron in the mail today, yay! I definitely owe him something now, but I've got a neat idea for him...it might take a while though, lol. I'm planning on visitng him at UNC-CH this spring sometime (hopefully soooner rather than latter) to also get a good look at the area and campus for a grad school prospect. The only "southern" schools I will be applying to look to be UNC-CH, University of Texas-Austin, and Georgia State University. At this point I've got no idea where I'm going to end up, but I am really excited about it already.
Anyway, I gotta get to studying. I hope everyone has a happy holiday and winter break. I'm sure I'll see most of you this month at some point!
