The best. The tops. Number one. Nobody does it better. Tell us about someone who's simply the best there is.

We have an entire family filled with the best that ever was. Each one of us highlights a particular emotion, situation, fault or honor that lies within the mortal soul. Hermes and Iris; none can match their speed and efficiency at which being a messenger and none ever will.

Hera; now, I know that many fear her or loath, but when in prime form, she upholds what many disdain and that is commitment to marriage. Not everyone's cup of tea, but whatever form marriage takes (man to man-woman to woman-male to female...), she is there to see that they uphold their promises in this domain. Not to be confused with Horkos or Styx; to swear by her and be false would surely bring ruin to a god and to be mortal and break your oath, well, lets just say, no mortal would ever want to be on the receiving end of his displeasure.

My mother! Need I say more? She gave birth to me. Best thing that ever happened to me, I say, but no one comes close to doing what she does best. Besides, being the eldest of the fates, she is the goddess of all love...me? I just play a part; I am good but could never hold a candle to her. No siree.

Anteros, Himeros, Pothos, Hermaphroditos…so many of my siblings. They are all the best and fabulous for their portions in regards to dealing with the multiple facets of love.

My wife, a goddess of the soul after long hard labor. She represents the best parts of humanity, the most exquisite of Prometheus' creation. Her soul exemplifies all that is good in the world.

Zeus, oh yes. You know you want to say something, but no other can hold and wield the power required for running our family.

Something for everyone to emulate or admire. To list only a few seems lazy, but this is only a prompt, not an epic novel. For those family members that I neglect, I offer you my favorite chocolates?
