Note; this lovely little ficlet is based on a friend's (in progress) original fiction piece. I couldn't help myself here. Ambrose is the canon character of the work, Deirdre is of my own imaginings.

( Ambrose looked at the woman in his arms. She was a sweet girl, really. Her skin was fair and smooth, perfect nearly, hardly a blemish for any man to spot upon her. Her hair came down in soft brown waves, framing her face in a dark colour that contrasted her paleness. Her eyes were nearly closed, thick dark lashes fluttering a little as she breathed shallowly. “Oh, Ambrose... you are such a gentleman.” )

( Roxxy looked down the SD card in her hand. It was her little ticket to freedom. Her job was done, and she was going to be free of that godawful man, and she was going to leave Gotham if she could and never look back. “Here you go. Everything you need’s in here.” Her tone was short, rough, eager to be done with this one week project of hell. He’d almost sent her to the hospital twice, and loomed over her every waking moment. “Good. I’m glad that you managed to do so. I was starting to wonder if you would finish on time.” His voice was distorted through the mask, almost sounding electronic, muffled and rough. )

( Roxxy sighed turning the corner, waking down the long hall of Avengers Tower. She couldn't believe that Tony Stark had bullied her into doing yet another project for him, but here she was, helping out that alcoholic asshole once again, and for shifty pay too. She was really going to have to do something about him. )

( Tony set the papers down on his desk, smiling to himself and taking a swig of his screwdriver. “It’s final.” The man looked up at the woman sitting across the desk from him. She was dressed in a simple white tank-top and grey skirt. Boring, but revealing enough that Tony had something to look at. “The patents and registrations went though, and you,” he said, motioning at her, smug grin on his face. “You, darling, legally belong to me.

The woman sitting across from him just stared. “I... I can’t believe this.” )

( “I think I want this half of you...” Harvey Dent trailed his neatly trimmed fingernails down the young woman’s face, tied down, spread-eagled on his bed, her fair skin stark against his black sheets. “I’m perfectly happy with this,” Two-face said, dragging his scarred fingers up between her legs. )

( “Humiliate you?” Starscream looked down at the human. The eyes of his holoform were glowing a bloody red, examining her body as if she were an object he was inspecting. The human blushed, breaking his gaze and looking away from him. “No.” “Wh-what?” Roxanne flicked a quick glance back up at the Air Commander. He was smirking at her. “No. I don’t need to.” Starscream folded his hands behind his back. Roxanne fidgeted, looking away from him again. “You’re already thoroughly humiliating yourself.” )

( Roxxy felt the hand behind her first, wrapping around her waist, pulling her backwards. She stumbled and fell against the man behind her. “My, my, little Midguardian...” The words were whispered in her ear, and she shuddered as cold lips brushed the shell of her ear. “L-let me go!” Trying to turn her head to see the man was useless. She struggled, but no matter how much, she couldn’t see him, and the grip around her waist didn’t ease. It only tightened, pressing her against his hips. She knew the voice, and the chill against her skin only confirmed her suspicions. “Lo-Loki... Let me go!” )
