Yesterday, we flew into LAX.  We then went straight to Brian's burger obsession, In-N-Out Burger.  I can not overemphasis how much Brian loves In-N-Out Burger.  As for the veggie burger, it is pretty tasty.  It consists of fresh crisp lettuce and onion with tomato, pickles, and a secret sauce.  Brian orders his cheeseburgers plain and a little "Z" prints out on the receipt :)  Burger count for Brian so far this trip:  2.

We rented another Prius for the trip.  This one is a brand-spanking new 2008 model with a backup camera and a "smart key" that senses that the key is in the vicinity of the car and you only have to have it in your pocket for the car to turn on.  We've been get 48 miles a gallon.  I really want to get one someday.

From In-N-Out we drove to the Downtown Disney parking lot and walked through Downtown Disney to Disneyland.  We first went to the Annual Pass center and got our Disneyland Annual Passes!  That's right, we have annual passes for both Disneyland and Disney World!  Main Street was so beautiful in the dark!  The castle was lit up with blue and purple icicle lights.  I don't think the magic will ever diminish for me no matter how many time I come.

As per tradition, we went to Pirates of the Carribbean first.  There was hardly any wait.  Then we went to Haunted Mansion Holiday!  I was a little chilly, so we stopped to get a cup of hot cocoa.  The cast member was really nice and gave me a candy cane to put in the bottom and a big handful of extra candy canes.  it was super tasty!  Then we went on the Matterhorn.  The park looked so beautiful in the dark.  We took the monorail back the parking lot.

For a late dinner, we went to Los Sanchez.  It's this really awesome little Mexican restaurant that we tried on our last trip.  We weren't the only white faces there this time, but close.  We got the cheese quesadilla.  It comes on a huge pizza pie platter.  My favorite part is the very hot and tasty salsa.  I love having "spicy belly."

We then went to check into our hotel.  We are staying at the Crowne Plaza.  We really like it!  The rooms have a lovely Southwest theme and on top of the bed was a little sleeping pack with a lavender linen spray, night mask, and calming music CD.  The shower has awesome water pressure!

Today is suppose to be a little rainy and colder, but I can't wait!
