Not so sure anymore. I heard from someone today we used to be in the top 10. I've just been a bit disenchanted with work lately. Tho it could just be my store, and not my job.
However, I don't get stock this year, because I "didn't meet the necessary hours worked requirements" or some shit like that. In other words more plainly spoken, Starbucks laid me off for three months, and now they don't have to give me stock. Yeah. I love you too.
