Desu walked up to the practice room. She needed to get away from everything for a little bit.
After she’d asked Eeteuk whether he wanted her or Kangin to take care of him, Kangin had made a scene in the living room as he freaked out because he couldn’t find Eeteuk. Once she’d gotten his attention through some violent methods, she’d calmly pointed out that Eeteuk was sick and he needed his rest, and that Kangin should go in and take care of him since he was so upset about his “absence”.
After that she’d walked into her room, changed into a pair of black ripped jeans and put a white fishnet top over her black sports bra, grabbed her IPod and put it on random, and now she was here.
The practice room was empty, so she turned the volume up as far as it’d go and let everything fade away…

Eunhyuk and Donghae felt like dancing.
They moved to the door and up the stairs to the practice room. But before they opened the door they paused when they heard the distinct sounds of someone moving within the room. They looked at each other. The only other person that was usually up here besides them was Hankyung, and they’d seen him cuddling on the couch with Siwon….
Cautiously they opened the door and peeked inside the room and were shocked; inside the room was Desu.
They watched from the doorway as she did a series of cartwheels and flips, followed up by handstands landing in splits, a complicated series of martial arts moves and then went back to dancing, covered in a light sheen of sweat.
They slowly moved into the room with her and continued to watch as she twirled and whirled, stomped and twisted, and moved in ways that most others couldn’t replicate.
They weren’t most others though.
They watched her until they found a pattern and then they jumped in, matching her move for move. Twirl for twirl. They became a blur as they moved around the room faster and into more complex patterns as they progressed.
Somewhere in between them watching and them joining, Desu had noticed them. She’d waited for them to leave or to go into the corner and do their own little thing.
She was only slightly surprised when they joined her and when they did she thought, ‘So the boys wanna play do they? Well lets see how good they are at ‘Follow the Leader’’
They were close to the breaking point when Desu finally stopped.
She turned off her IPod and the turned to face them, “Well boys that was pretty impressive. Not many can match my endurance. That being besides the point, what are you doing here?”
“We came to dance!” They said at once.
She looked at them and shook her head, “Right. Then don’t let me keep you from it; I’ll just be leaving.” She turned towards the door.
“Hey Desu!” Donghae called after her.
She stopped.
“After our first show Eunhyuk and I have a show we’re going on and we’re dancing for them.”
“And-?”
“Wanna come with us?” Eunhyuk asked.
She tossed a smile over her shoulder at them and nodded, “Sure.” And then she left the room, closing the door behind her.
They looked after her and then turned to each other; twin grins spread across their faces and they began their own dance.

Heechul frowned as he looked at the clock. Where was she? Of all the times she had to disappear it was the one time he actually wanted her around!
He began to pace, more irritated than before; she had to get here soon, otherwise he wouldn’t be able to go through with this!
Kangin would be coming out soon to get more soup for Jungsu, and if he saw him dressed to go out he’d get suspicious…
The door opened interrupting his musings and in came Desu.
‘Finally!’ He thought.
He moved from his reclining position against the wall and moved over to her purposefully.
Desu sighed, Heechul coming to her was never a good thing, so she stopped and waited for him to say what he wanted.
“Desu….”
This just got worse…He never called her ‘Desu’ it was usually ‘Hane’ or ‘Desumasaku’ but ever the shortened version of her name that he himself had made up.
“Yes….?”
“I wanna go get a tattoo.”
“And-?” She didn’t understand what this had to do with her yet…
“Well…You’re our bodyguard, and don’t you have to come with me?” He smirked, thinking of what he’d overheard the day she first got here when she’d been talking to Sungmin.
“I guess so…” She had a vague idea now.
“Well, the tattoo parlors here don’t let people in unless they plan to get a tattoo. So you’ll have to get a tattoo too.” He had made that up, but she didn’t need to know that.
She sighed, why had she known that he’d try that? Oh well, she got up and walked to her room.
“Where the hell are you going?! You have to come with me!” He yelled after her, slightly panicked.
She glared coldly at him over her shoulder, “Don’t get your panties in a twist. I’m going to get a few weapons, go get in the car.”
He huffed and marched down to the car, started it and waited for her to come down.

Desu was on high alert. There was someone following them; she just didn’t know where they were yet. If she were with Sungmin or Eeteuk and Kangin she could leave Heechul to them and go find their tail, but she wasn’t so she couldn’t.
They moved into the shop and Heechul went to the wall to pick his tattoo, while Desu stood at the door watching.
“Desu! You have to come pick out your tattoo!” Heechul called while smirking.
She turned to the tattooists, “Do ya’ll do custom tattoos?”
One of the three stepped forward and nodded.
She moved forward and pulled a drawing from her back pocket she handed it to him and said, “No color. Just black, grey, and white.”
He nodded, then gestured to one part of the picture, this goes on the back, yes?”
She nodded.
“You’ll need to take off the top shirt and possibly the bra for the back.”
She removed her fishnet top and set it down, she looked up and he gestured to a room in the back.
She shook her head and walked over to the man and said something in a very low tone and gestured to Heechul. He nodded and gestured to a table beside Heechul’s instead.
Heechul, meanwhile, had picked a cluster of stars on his lower back with ‘Beauty’ written in Hangul above them.
He removed his shirt and lay facedown on the table. When the man began laying down the tattoo, Desu had to wonder if he’d really wanted this or if it was just a way to get her in trouble with her boss.
The man then began inking it and Heechul winced, “Desu-…What are you getting?” She took a picture out of her pocket and showed him.
His eyes widened. She planned to get a crouching tiger on her stomach and on her back six paw prints.
“You better get started now if you wanna get something that big.”
She looked at the man and he nodded, she turned her back on Heechul and moved to the chair next to him.
Heechul’s eyes got wider than before and his mouth fell open. ‘Her back! Oh my god, her back!’ Was the only thing he clearly decipher in his mind.
She lay on her back and closed her eyes while the front part was being drawn, then inked; after that she turned on her stomach and let him draw the back and ink it in.
Night had fallen by the time her tattoo was finished; the man had quietly told her to keep it covered for two weeks and how to take care of it. She nodded and thanked him.
