I'd like to point out that the appraisals made here of the Obama presidency before his "election" have pretty well been born out in this first year of his office. Learning moments are perpetual. Am I bragging, or re-urging the nature of relevant political understandings based on evidence based reasonable observation? Both if you like, but the latter's more important to me.
