[MOD] 4NEWSFANS IS CLOSED!
Hi everyone. We have come to the final decision to close this community. We received some offers from fans willing to help us moderate it but, as expected, no one was interested in taking over fully and become the new owners, so after some deliberation between the admins (and very sorrowfully) we finally agreed to close it. However we're not going to delete it, at least not yet, becase this place can still serve as a good resource for NEWS fans to find some old files, so we'll only keep the LJ for the meantime while we'll only remove the members' posting access.
We really want to thank everyone who supported this community and participated since the day we created it. It was a great experience to start fresh by sharing information, downloads, doing polls, etc a couple of years after 4-member NEWS came back from their hiatus when the fandom was in the process of changing, and it really was so fulfilling to help fans connect with other fans and give them a place to find updates about their favorite idols as an alternative to SNS. But times are changing and LJ is not as popular anymore. Twitter, facebook, etc., have become the main sources of information nowadays. Besides, with NEWS coming back in a new shape, we believe it's the best moment to give this up. We'll always be so proud to support them throughout their new journey as 3 members and we hope that everyone will do the same, and if possible, support the member who left as well.
Let's protect and keep all the precious memories in our hearts, and let's create new ones from now on.
