Country Roads Have Brought Me Home
I'm safe, back in Michigan, ready for Christmas and friends and family!
Not sure why, but the last weeks of a semester always seem to be the best. It's when I do the most with the new friends I make and in Brussels was when I was out and about, exploring the city, taking chances, and so on.
I have new dreams, new directions, new hopes, new resolutions, a new body (cheers to losing 20 pounds on the vagabond diet!), new perspectives...lots of new.
Bah - I hate that these entries are always about me, me, me, I, I, I. It's like I'm from "planet look at me look at me".
But, despite that, I feel like I'm in a really good place right now. With God, with life, the universe...I'm looking forward to more adventures and opportunities. There were times when I was pretty low and unsure, but what matters is growing through that, right?
Hope everybody else is great - or something like it.
