I have 9 days of school left before I get to go home for Christmas. Who's excited for the most part? Well...me. Before I get to go home I have a lot of challenging work to get done pertaining to scenes that I have to put up (perform) all this week and next.
My acting scene and Voice and Speech exercise is tomorrow, and Wednesday I have my final performance for my fencing scene, Thursday I have another acting scene to perform, and also my Shakespeare scene...yoinks, like scoob, that's a lot of work for this week man.
Voice and Speech exercise - I just have to make up some scenerio and read my Dylan Thomas speech in Standard Stage dialect. Sooo, your wondering what my scenerio is huh? No?...fine then. ;) I was listening to some Phil collins last night, randomly, and it was this up beat song from when he was in Genesis, invisible something, or other. Anyway, I had this GRreat idea to become a guy cheerleader for a high school and have one of my girl friends from class be my bestest girl friend whom I cheer with. Well, my plan is to play the music as I come into the classroom, go hog wild, as if I were Will Ferrell on SNL doing GO SPARTANS! I can do that right? I'm an ass just waiting to have people laugh ;) So this girl and I are in this talent show, and our dance routine (our cheer) is the physical part, and the mental, more intelligent part of it is my speech, that's where the actual work comes in. If I lose the contest, I will quit the squad, and never cheer again, I know, I KNOW sad right? Yeah. So that's what I'm doing tomorrow lol Fun stuff
Acting - I have a scene that uh...isn't goofy at all, its a serious scene in which I am dying of consumption and have a drinking problem. YAAY lol right? We'll see how it goes.
That's my day tomorrow. Entertaining? Hm, maybe.
