Dark Maze
Walker, Michigan: As of 1:03PM EST the new outdoor Dark Maze: Chaos Corridors was completed at the Haunt, West Michigan's largest indoor haunted attraction. This new attraction is over 15,000 square feet and has a shortest walking distance of nearly a third of a mile. In just 13 days the dedicated three person crew has constructed what is sure to be a terrifying addition to the West Michigan haunted scene. Mark Ritzema one of the crew and original designer of this year's maze said that he considers this version 7 of the maze because as they were building it they found that there seemed to be more space available then they had originally measured out on the land so revisions were necessary. Shawn Bogart another of the crew has been quoted as saying, "This maze will (expletive deleted) you up." The third member of the crew was unavailable for comment. Mark and Shawn both remarked that she had just been here a second ago.
Anyway so happy to finally have the dark maze up and complete. Donna said she might go through and play in it tonight. There was a meeting at the Haunt this evening with several new artistic people to help assist Tami in getting the indoor attraction decorated. It went really well but went very long.
Tonight I need to get my car cleaned out and get a couple of other things done as in the morning I am once again taking Bruce and Bob out golfing. Not that it took much arm twisting to get it to actually occur. Then it will be off to get a couple of errands done before meeting up with my sister to celebrate a belated birthday with her, and then depending on when that is over I might try and get out to GVSU once again to do some set up for the Anime Garage Sale. Busy day ahead.
