Grammar pet peeve of the day: verb versus noun
Sign up, log in, drop off, etc. are verbs.
Sign-up, login, drop-off, etc. are nouns or adjectives. Not verbs.
I know I shouldn't let it bother me, but it's just as nonsensical to say "It's easy to sign-up" as to say "It's easy to television."
(PS- I don't get bent out of shape about blog grammar, just professional publications.)
