freeze, thaw, and press a block of tofu.
cut into bite-sized squares.
put in bowl.
mix 1/3 cup veggie oil, and BIG pour of maple syrup, TONS of curry, and a little bit of soy sauce.
mix and pour over 'fu. cover and put in fridge. stir every once in awhile.
heat oil in skillet. put 'fu in. brown on 2-3 sides.
eat!
