i discovered some delicious chicken strips. already cooked... all you have to do is eat them, or microwave them for 30 seconds if you want them hot and then eat them. AWESOME! and for a 4-5oz servings size, it's like 90 cals. i bought a whole container full and i'm in love. i just had some with a bit of sweet potato (which i cut, and fried up in extra virgin olive oil with garlic) and it was delicious, filling and really low in cals. not to mention actually super healthy and a clean eating meal considering it's complex carbs, and lean protein. i'm loving it.

i also made a salad for work... more chicken strips, blueberries and spinach with a bit of lemon juice on it. and i packed an apple with a tsp of hazelnut almond butter for another meal at work. wooo... go me.  i will be healthy, tiny, and lean in no time.

i cannot wait!
